To achieve that, we will address to the proper institutions and authorities for a rapid solution to your situation, and if necessary, filling a petition against the responsible institution, taking all the appropriate steps, representing your interests in front of both the Romanian courts, and European Court Of Human Rights:

• drafting of the claims regarding the violation of the human rights and fundamental freedom issued by the European Convention ( right to education,right to free elections, right to the fair trial, Protection of the property’s right etc)
• representation before CEDO of the Romanian natural/giuridical persons or foreigners citizens from the States members of the European Convention from 1950
• representation before the Romanian competent bodies in the purpose to respect the content of the CEDO Decision and the entering into force
